With the help of our partners, we offer a range of natural treatments that utilize the herbs of the Kainuu forest. Herbal peels, waxing, foot baths, flower therapy and various self-care programs are available, among other things.

Heartful Yoga
- Silencing the mind around the fire meditation or soundbath w. Tibetan singing bowls

Morning / afternoon wellness program (approx. 3h), available all year round. For the start of the program, you will be silenced by the campfire with the help of meditation. After that, we walk into the woods to do an easy and fun forest yoga exercise to awaken the senses and body. If desired, a yoga class can also be held indoors. At the end of the program we enjoyed a tasty lunch in Pirtti restaurant.

Morning / afternoon wellness program (approx. 4h), available in June, August and September. In the forest excusrion we learn the looks and use of local wild herbs. Together with the sauna experience we perform herbal treatments under the guidance of a naturopath. At the end of the program, we enjoyed a hearty evening.

Morning / afternoon wellness program (from 5h), available year round. Introduction to the Introduction to the tehrapeutic empowering photography method. During the forest excursion, we immerse in sensing our own feelings in relation to the surrouding nature. At the same time we capture these feelings with the camera according to the wishes of the protagonist. Everybody will be taking photos and be photographed. Lunch will be enjoyed by campfire or Pirtti restaurant after which we will gather share our experiences with gentle look on our protagonists. No need of previous experience.

Well-being lectures and workshops
The cornerstones of well-being at work are the same as health in general: proper nutrition, modest exercise and enough rest. Let’s learn together how to make those small but significant choices for our health every single day! In our lectures and workshops you will learn to identify your personal challenges and encourage fruitful choices in your daily life. Lectures and workshops typically lasts from 1 to 3 hours.
Forest excursion for recovery
Nature increases our vitality in many ways. On a forest excursion you can ventilate your thoughts, lean on the power of a tree, and sit on the rot and just wonder how the world is going. Observing nature also gives fresh perspectives on the thought nodes at hand. In Lentiira, nature is practiced by hiking, biking, paddling, skiing or snowshoeing.
Yoga and meditation for self-understanding
Yoga helps us take care of ourselves. It teaches the recognition of body signs and also helps control the restless mind and fluctuating emotional states. According to yoga theory, the flexibility of the spine is a measure of our vitality. Meditation and mindfullness provide the clarity needed for wise choises and creativity in general. For beginners, we recommend 60-75 minute yoga sessions and 15-30 minute meditation exercises. For more experienced yoga practitioners, we offer slightly longer in-depth exercises. We also implement forest yoga!
Deep relaxation with sound bath
The sound of Tibetan singing bowls and koshi bells resonates down to the cellular level. In sound bath you will enter a state of deep relaxation where awareness of time and place changes shape. The sound bath is perfect as part of the wellness day program. The instructor provides you wiht pads and blankets, the participant only needs comfortable and warm clothes to rest for a long time. The duration of the program is about 45 minutes.
